i think i need to go to kinkos or sumthin so i can scan all my most recent drawings for my friends >.<;; one of my friends is always begging to see everything (considering he lives in canada and i live in florida the chances of him seeing my real sketchbook is like slim to none) and so i can enter the contest (i finished my piece, it kicks ass and its stuck on paper)

well last time i said my scanner was being satanic it finally did something uber mean. it went a got broken. my dad has been freaking put whining on and on about the dumb scanner humming in his sleep and he almsot threw it at a wall. i was really dissapointed he didnt because then he would have felt bad and bought me a new one . damn. sometime thisd week i might disect it so i can start uploading some stuff...

lol. well once my computer is up and running and i dont have to use this gay homo school computer i will. hopefully

haha i love using toodles anywho. inspirations is a contest they are running for people to make a drawing of anything that inspires them. i thought it might be fun cept my scanner is being FREAKING SATAN! anywho it seemed something that might intrest you (im my grand scheme of knowlage) since a lot of your artwork has jsut listed inspirations and such. i have no idea... sleep is soooo over-rated.

lol. thanks. the funny thing is. my charecter (kalvin of course) derived from two things someone who had a major resemblence to johnny and a charecter that i developed when i was in something like grade 6 i had some guy named mr. fiend from some gay comic i wrote called catnip and zibbo (please spare me the laughter) and tried to develop him later on into his own charecter. he of course had a big nose which is obviously a trait of kalvins. lol inspirations contest? i hardly ever read those things and there are plenty of artists who have had much better artist inspired charecter them i have. i might check it out though. thanks for the heads up. im submittin one more piece and im off for the night, lol toodles.

no problem. i like to see when people develope on the style. the reason i never did work on the comic with my friend was because his character bore an uncanny resemblance to johhny. and he said my style was so "not perfect" so yeah...but im an originality freak no matter if they say creativity is dead or not. so i alwyas love fresh twists on stuff. entering the inspirations contest?

Heh. thanks a lot for the input on my work. I try to develop away from Vasquez style (other than my zim fanart) just so i can styalize my own charecter(s). I want it to be known that I have a great influence in my artwork from him but not so much as to rip him off. Thanks again for the comment

very spiffiful work. my friend draws in a Vasquez style and wanted me to work on a comic with him so i have some sort similiar pieces burried in the archive of my website >.< i need to post them, but i really like the style, you add a special flair that doest jsut mimic it but adds its own touch ^^
